How to help a person who is having seizure?
Seizure is described as the involuntary movement of the body. It can be due to different kinds of conditions as stated in the video but mostly due to Epilepsy.

The first step is to remove all the dangers surrounding the casualty such as tables or chairs close to the person as he may hit it with his limbs during the seizure and he may injure himself.
Note the time of start of the seizure.
At any moment, never restrict the movement of the person and do not put anything in his mouth.
Loosen tight closing and place soft objects or your hands below the persons head so that he does not hit the floor during the seizure.
The seizure will automatically stop in around 5 minutes. Note the stop time of the seizure.
Open the airway of the person by tilting his head and putting his chin down and check breathing.
Then, put the person in recovery position.
Before 10 minutes, the person will get up and gaze at you. You will then need to explain to him that you assisted him during his seizure.
Now it is not important to call for Medical Assistance in this case unless the person has got injured during the seizure, if it was the first time the person experience this or if the seizure had a duration of more than 5 minutes.
Seizure is babies/ children ususally occur due to high body temperature at 39 Degrees Celcius which is known as convulsion.
For this clear away nearby object.
Do not restrain movement but add soft supports so that the child does not fall.
Remove maximum clothing from the child.
Open all windows
You may wish to sponge the child/ baby with water having temperature between 25 Degress Celcius to 30 Degrees Celcius
Then, after the seizure has gone check for breathing and put in recovery position and seek Medical Assistance.
If ever breathing has stopped, start CPR!
